C C & R’s In Brief

Maximum Occupancy: 185 days per calendar year

Permitted
RV’s, Park Model style with cedar or log cabin exterior, green metal roof
Storage Sheds:  Natural wood exteriors with green metal roof not to exceed
10’ x 12’ in size with LLRVR approval
Outdoor Kitchen:  BBQ’s, brick, stone or natural wood: with LLRVR approval
Pads:  Tile, brick, gravel, cement or natural: with LLRVR approval
Gazebos, Picnic Tables, Swings:  Natural wood, no plastic
Planters for flowers/small gardens:  Natural wood only
Fire Pits
Golf Carts, Scooters, Bikes for transportation
(Racing/Driving in circles not allowed)

Prohibited
Plastic Tarps, Clotheslines
Working on automobiles, RV’s, Trailers
Unlicensed vehicles, Vehicles with rust or damage
Vehicles that appear to be 15 years or older
Noise between 10 pm and 8 am
No home businesses that cause traffic noise
No barking dogs. If neighbors complain, the dog will not be allowed.
Cats and dogs must be accompanied by owners at all times
Owners must collect dog poop – plastic bag rules
Dogs must be leashed on resort grounds
No pets allowed in swimming pool/fitness/locker room area
No signs other than lot owner name signs, without approval from HOA
No garbage, boxes, or furniture storage allowed within view of road/other sites
No loud music, television or motors.  Neighbors have the right to complain and request volume lowered to their approval.

Children and Pets Welcome
It is the lot owner’s responsibility to keep children and pets quiet and well-behaved in the resort.  Complaints by neighbors will result in fines and banishment from the property.
